You have the choice to link Balanced with your Fitbit to measure your activity and sleep. And we have made sure that tracking your food isn’t complex – just simple goals to improve the quality of your diet.

Who is running this study?

Balanced is being run by Dr Mitch Duncan from the University of Newcastle and colleagues from the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, Central Queensland University and University of Sydney. It is funded by the National Heart Foundation of Australia.
